This policy applies to property owners, real estate brokers, clients and property seekers, property request submitters, website visitors, mobile app users, and parties involved in real estate services connected to the Alhoshan Real Estate Platform.
3. User Types
Owner
Any individual or entity that owns a property, has the legal authority to dispose of it, or holds a lawful authorization to list, manage, rent, or sell it.
Real Estate Broker
Any individual or entity that practices brokerage or real estate marketing or lists properties on behalf of owners or other parties, and must hold the required license or authorization where applicable.
Client
Any user searching for a property or requesting a real estate service such as purchase, rental, financing, lease contract, property management, or daily rental booking.
4. Data Collected by the Platform
The platform may collect: name, mobile number, email address, city and district, user type, contact details, request and inquiry history, conversations, device and browser data, and usage logs necessary for operation and security.
Owner Data
May include: identity or commercial registration data when required, ownership or authorization data, added property data, real estate advertising license, FAL license data when needed, property management data, bank account details when required, daily booking data, and commission, fee, and invoice data.
Broker Data
May include: name, mobile number, and email, office or entity data, FAL license or professional license number, owner authorization data, added or managed properties, cooperation or partnership agreements, agreed commission or share data, and performance and transaction records.
Client Data
May include: property search data, requested city or district, requested property type, budget or price range, financing request data, lease contract request data, daily booking data, conversation and inquiry history, and communication and notification preferences.
Property Data

Alhoshan Real Estate Platform does not sell user data. Data may be shared only as necessary with the Alhoshan team, technology, hosting, and support providers, map, communication, and notification providers, payment providers, financing entities, property management and maintenance service providers, real estate transaction parties, Ejar platform or entities related to contract documentation, the Real Estate General Authority or official entities when legally required, and judicial or regulatory authorities upon lawful request.
7. Property Listings and FAL Licenses
When adding a property or real estate listing, the platform may request licensing, authorization, and ownership data. The platform may refuse to publish any property that does not meet regulatory requirements, quality standards, or platform policies.
9. Marketing Messages
The platform may send marketing messages about properties, services, or offers provided that user preferences and applicable regulations are respected. Users may unsubscribe or request not to receive marketing messages through available channels.
10. Data Retention and Protection
The platform retains data for as long as necessary to provide the service, fulfill the contract, protect rights, or comply with regulations. Appropriate measures are taken such as secure connections, access restriction, login protection, retention of important operation logs, backups, permission reviews, and prevention of unauthorized access.
