1. Delete from Settings
You can request account deletion from within the app or website by going to Settings or Profile, then selecting "Delete Account" or "Close Account", and following the displayed steps.
You may be asked to verify your identity or enter a verification code before deletion is completed. After confirmation, the account will be disabled and deletion procedures will begin according to the privacy policy.
2. Delete Request by Email
If you cannot delete from settings, you may send a request to [email protected] using the following subject line:
Account Deletion Request — [Your Name] — [Registered Mobile Number]
Please include your full name, registered mobile number, and email address linked to the account to speed up verification.
3. Data Retention
After account deletion, Alhoshan Real Estate Platform may retain certain data for as long as necessary for regulatory compliance, rights protection, dispute resolution, completion of prior transactions, or fulfillment of accounting and tax obligations.
Account deletion does not affect records that must be retained by law, such as invoices, contracts, or completed booking records.
4. Before Deletion
Before deleting your account, ensure you complete or cancel any active bookings or requests, and withdraw any available balances or dues according to service terms.
